Let us help you learn the fundamentals of title insurance and how the industry works through our on-line training, practice tests, courses and more. Our experienced examiners will provide information and support to eligible program candidates.
Ascendant Title’s diverse business plan is unique among title insurers in Colorado.
Hands-on training classes are offered as needed throughout the year. Classes are taught by qualified staff and will provide you with the training and information you need to prepare for the Title Producers Licensing Exam.
In order to receive a commission on real estate transactions, you must first obtain a Title Producer’s License. The licensing exam is administered by the Department of Insurance and tests basic title insurance knowledge as well as the accompanying state regulations. We are designed to help you prepare for and pass the exam.
Ascendant Title is offering you a lucrative opportunity to become a cross professional, dual licensure sales representative. As a licensed sales representative, you can earn commissions on real estate transactions closed through your sales efforts.

- UNDERWRITERS -
Our underwriters, First American, North American, Attorney's Title Guaranty and Stewart, are some of the largest and most financially secure in the industry. All are rated A Prime. They issue all our title policies and would be responsible for any claim.
- COVERAGE -
We carry error and omissions insurance and crime/fidelity bond coverage insuring against theft, fraud, etc. Plus, we require all outside notary services to carry error and omissions insurance as well.
- FUNDS MANAGEMENT -
Escrow accounts are reconciled daily and all banking transactions accounted for. All wire transfers are subject to dual authorization and approval. Our Escrow Staff does not have direct access to Company Trust Accounts.
